The Tenant

Dr. Walter Newman, a man of simple origins, harbors grand ambitions to eradicate all diseases through genetic engineering. His fixation on this goal pulls him further into a shadowy realm, causing him to neglect his wife, Olivia, and his duties to the patients at Edgewood Asylum. Meanwhile, his devoted yet sinister nurse, Ms. Tinsley, takes it upon herself to secretly conduct an experiment. When Dr. Newman discovers the outcome, a grotesque being that challenges the natural order is born—part human, part horror. Dr. Newman understands the action he must take, but is it already beyond redemption?
