The Price

Seyi, a 24-year-old Nigerian-American, is employed on Wall Street. Driven by a strong desire to succeed due to feeling like an outsider because of his race and social class, he engages in insider trading, a crime that ultimately leads to the collapse of his life. As his situation deteriorates, Seyi is compelled to face the challenges in his strained relationship with his sick father, his romantic involvement with his affluent white girlfriend, and the complexities of his racial and immigrant identity, with his very soul hanging in the balance.
