Zheng Qiu Dong, a headhunter who refuses to accept failure, is relentless in his pursuit of success in the competitive business world. He shares a deep bond with his girlfriend, Luo Yi Ren, and values his friendship with his college buddy, Bai Li Qin. Guided by his mentor, Lin Bai, Zheng Qiu Dong aims for the top, clashing with other headhunters and businessmen, including the unscrupulous Yuan Kun and the formidable Chen Xiu Feng. In this high-stakes game of strategy, Zheng Qiu Dong makes a critical mistake and loses everything.

Now, with time and fortune against him, Zheng Qiu Dong finds himself in prison, facing despair. However, giving up is not in his nature. With the support of his fellow inmate, Liu Liang Ti, he is determined to reclaim his former success.
