Miranda’s Victim

The film recounts the real-life ordeal of Trish Weir, who was abducted and violently assaulted by Ernesto Miranda in 1963. Determined to see her attacker imprisoned, Trish finds her life upended by the American legal system, inadvertently setting off a legal precedent that would change the country.
