Mark, Mary + Some Other People

Mark and Mary’s charming first encounter occurs at a local pharmacy, where Mary is preoccupied with purchasing a pregnancy test, and Mark has to jog her memory about their college acquaintance. After he invites her out, he stays with her while she takes the test, and when it turns out negative, she consents to a date. Fast forward a year, and they are deeply, passionately in love, with their whirlwind romance culminating in marriage. However, when Mary unexpectedly suggests they explore “ethical non-monogamy,” Mark is caught off guard but decides to give it a shot. This marks the true beginning of their story.
