Lord of Darkness

In the Scottish Highlands, a deranged religious fanatic named Sawney prowls the land, capturing those he deems impure for his ritualistic sacrifices. Alongside his deranged family of inbred murderers, Sawney subjects his victims to gruesome torture and cannibalism, reserving the choicest parts for a mysterious captive in their expansive lair. As the number of missing persons escalates, investigative crime journalist Hamish MacDonald criticizes the police for their ineptitude in a series of sensational headlines. When his fiancée falls into the clutches of the cannibalistic clan, Hamish embarks on a perilous solo investigation, only to encounter catastrophic consequences. Unbeknownst to him, a vital piece of information holds the key to cracking the case.
