City of Vultures

In a struggling neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois, Marcus Julian, a former convict, comes back after spending eight years behind bars. Having grown up in a broken family environment, Marcus, much like many in his community, adhered to a brutal “street-code.” The area was controlled by the “Gangster Disciples,” and as a once prominent member, Marcus is haunted by the criminal activities that resulted in his imprisonment.
